What is our Return Policy?
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on mokitaswim.com for return or store credit. If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment - a $5.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. If it's received after 30 days, a Mokita eGift Card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or eGift card, a new eGift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items purchased at a discount of 25% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are only eligible for store credit.

What Items Can I Return?
You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Items that were purchased with a discount code of 25% or more are only eligible for store credit. All swim apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
