When Will My Order Ship?

 

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 3 business days to fully process your order.

 

Shipping Costs?

Ground Shipping costs $5.00 for Orders under $150.00. Orders $150.00+ qualify for Free Shipping. Priority and Express Shipping are subject to an additional fee. 

 

When Will I Receive My Package?

Packages are fulfilled within 1-3 Business Days. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will be sent a Tracking Number via email. Your order will arrive in accordance to chosen Shipping Method. We are not responsible for transit delays. 

 

Lost Package?

Please contact info@mokitaswim.com for further support. We will be in touch as soon as possible!  We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. Mokita is not able to provide a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

 

Change My Order?

If an order is placed incorrectly, please contact us immediately. Once an order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

 

Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses? 

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you need to send items to different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
